All of our products are handmade and personalized based on each customer’s request.
Therefore, custom and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or solution.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Since most of our items are personalized and made to order, we don’t accept general returns.
If there’s a mistake on our part or a product arrives damaged or defective, please email us with photos, and we’ll be happy to assist you with the next steps. 💕

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
